Shipping

Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, email us and we'll look into it right away.

- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number before sending anything back and we'll reply with return instructions.
- Items used by a pet can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to return it.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
